OUR PROCESS

TAKING THE LEAD ON ACHIEVING YOUR PERFECT HOME

On budget and on time

Through a collaborative, 360 approach to project management, we ensure that all the relevant stakeholders and suppliers, from contractors and architects to manufacturers and suppliers, are working to the highest possible standards while running as efficiently as possible. As your main representative, we keep you guarded from the nitty-gritty details of on-site management.

The level of project coordination required will be determined based on the scope of work and timelines — details on the associated fees will be outlined in our fee proposal and T&Cs.

PROJECT coordination summed up.

From attending site meetings, recording minutes and communicating actions, updates and next steps, through to assisting with construction documents and managing administration on-site, our project managers take care of all the paperwork, details and intricate goings-on that take place on a project. You can expect them to form a detailed schedule of works with timelines, deadlines and a breakdown of the tasks and stages, manage the lead times and coordinate logistics and deliveries at the site. They’ll also brief, liaise with and oversee subcontractors working on the project to maintain an overall high quality of work.

Here at Muchmore Design, we believe in a collaborative approach. We liaise with all parties involved in the project throughout the design stage to ensure a successful outcome.
